CHEF LOU’S FRIDAY CLASSEs
Friday, Jan 12th & 26th - Stuffed Pizza
Chef Lou will make homemade pizza dough with the class, then show them how to make Pepperoni Bread and other stuffed bread options! This is a perfect thing to make for the big game days ahead! The class will enjoy a dinner sized portion of these breads with a large delicious Italian-inspired salad and a sweet ending of freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies. Spend a cozy evening in our Kitchen!
Friday, Feb 9th & 16th & 17th - HEART-SHAPED RAVIOLI
Chef Lou will lead this class in making homemade pasta. He will have his manual machines to rollout the dough and everyone can vote on the shape to make that night or make a couple shapes! A dinner sized portion will be served along with a marinara sauce and a light shallot cream sauce, along with a gourmet Kitchen 19 salad and then a sweet ending of a tiramisu parfait! Friday, Mar 8th & 15th - MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI
Learn to make tender delicious meatballs - like Nona would make! And then make the spaquetti on a manual pasta machine (with already prepared homemade dough!) The class will then eat their dinner sized portion of meatballs and spaghetti with marinara sauce, a green salad and a sweet ending of biscotti! Enjoy our cozy kitchen while learning to cook this authentic Italian Sunday Dinner!
Friday, April 12th, 26th & May 10th- FRENCH DINNER W/ SCALLOPS
Chef Lou and Chef Linda will team up to prepare this French-themed dinner with scallops Provencal, pommes anna, french haricots verts beans and chocolate souffle - with hands-on lessons! The class will enjoy this delicious dinner — a perfect date night but special for anyone yearning to learn some French-style cooking!
May 31st, 6:30 to 8:30 pm - KEBOBS - Beef, Shrimp an Vegetarian!
This popular class is just in time for your summer grilling! Chef Lou will assemble three types of kebobs with all his tips for successful grilling! Each will have special sauces and will be served with perfectly cooked rice pilaf! Enjoy a dinner-sized portion of these kebobs with a summer salad and blueberry custard parfait for a sweet ending!
