Friday, Jan 24th, GREEK/MEDITERRANEAN DINNER (SOLD OUT!)
Chef Linda will join Chef Lou in creating a Greek Mediterranean Dinner. Students will learn to make an irresistible baked eggplant with tomato & Feta, grill chicken souvlaki to load into a pita and top with freshly-made tzatziki sauce and actually make Greece’s favorite dessert, Baklava, from scratch! Everything made will be enjoyed for dinner as well as a hummus appetizer and small Greek salad upon arrival!

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND! This popular class from last year had students making their own heart-shaped ravioli from scratch and filling with an extra good quality cheese. They will be served with a light basil cream sauce, as well as a gourmet salad, appetizer upon arrival and our decadent Dark Side of Midnight chocolate mousse cake for two!. Bring your date and create this romantic dinner or learn to make for your valentine on the 14th!
Friday, Mar 7th- CACIO e PEPE with homemade spaghetti
Saturday, Mar 8th, CACIO E PEPE (JUST ADDED!)
Chef Lou will lead the class with students making homemade spaghetti and then creating the popular Cacio e Pepe Pecorino & black pepper sauce - tricky steps, but made easier with Chef Lou’s tips and demo! This delicious and generous pasta dinner will be enjoyed with a gourmet salad, appetizer upon arrival and our famous biscotti for dessert. You will delight in being able to impress your friends and family with this delicious pasta sauce!
Saturday, Apr 5th - JEWISH COMFORT FOOD
This Saturday afternoon class will be a 3-hour session with TWO CHEFS leading the class! Our own Chef Lou will teach you to make Challah bread from scratch and Alesia Shute, from the Sweetwater Casino days and currently the book author and Children’s Hospital for her Alesia Shute Foundation, will teach you all her tips for authentic Matzo Ball Soup! In addition, there will be a duo of delicious salads to pair with your Jewish-style brunch with discussion on their fresh ingredients and dressings! Enjoy coffee and sweet tray upon arrival, and a generous portion of above as a hearty lunch that you can make yourself for an impressive brunch or lunch. You will certainly enjoy the comaraderie between these two lively chefs!
Friday, May 2nd - FLATBREADS
This is one of Chef Lou’s most fun classes! Everyone will make their own dough, roll out and top with their favorite traditional and gourmet toppings. Chef Lou will go over prepping a few gourmet toppings and the class will enjoy a full meal of their own flatbread, gourmet salad, appetizer upon arrival and our delicious chocolate cookies for a sweet ending. Making flatbreads is a great activity to learn and make with friends and family!
Friday, May 1st - KEBOBS!
Chef Lou will lead the class in making 3 types of kebobs for your summer grilling! A scallop kebob with a tangy pepper mayo with lemon zest bread crumb topping; a Tandoori chicken kebob with yogurt marinade and a vegetable kebob with plenty of choices to thread your own blend! Students will learn all Chef Lou’s tips and thread their own kebobs! If there are any seafood allergies, we will have extra meat and veggies to do instead of the scallops. He will also prepare a perfect rice pilaf with fresh parsley and you will enjoy all with a gourmet salad, appetizer upon arrival and a our delicious chocolate chip cookie for a sweet ending!
