welcome To our Kitchen!

When the idea to open Kitchen 19 came to owner Linda Cashan, she was simply looking for a way to expand the menu for her first love, Casciano Coffee Bar & Sweetery. It has since become a small treasure to the town of Hammonton.

As a lifelong foodie, Linda began her journey with a search for delicious collaborations, keeping in mind that she wanted to be distinctive as well as a firm stance - it must be healthy! That lead her to Olivia Bellano with her handcrafted mason jar salads that became an exclusive staple in Casciano. By June 2014, Linda and Olivia took The Belle’s Jars to new levels and expanded the dream to include uniquely amazing catering menus as well as an intimate space where the community could come and truly learn how to cook. With the arrival of Chef Briana Manning in 2015, the kitchen flourished even further with her personal flair for delicious healthy meals. They have since moved on to pursue their dreams but have left a lasting and defining mark on the creation of what is now Kitchen 19.

We also would like to give attention to the backbone of our Cooking Classes - Chef Lou Caruso! Lou has been with us for 10 years and has provided hundreds of adults from the Tri-State area with entertaining and informative classes! Thanks, Chef, for your commitment to our Adult Cooking Class program!

Founded in 2014, we are so proud to be a unique, fun, and delicious part of the community. It is our hope to incite passion about cooking, take advantage or our take-home goodies, or use our kitchen to inspire your own entrepreneurial endeavors!
