Miss Danielle will lead Junior Chefs in the following Classes for THE ‘24 Fall SEASON

These classes are geared toward 8 to 11 year old kids (or mature 8 year-olds that have a little experience in your kitchen!) We have developed lessons that require a little more supplemental supplies and ingredients than the past and always include food that they take home to share.

Sept 14th, 11 am to 12:15 pm - Sushi

Miss Danielle will lead this class in making homemade sushi! Learn to make authentic sushi rice, use Nori sheets, prep avocados and roll their sushi with an assortment of veggies and imitation crab - they get to customize their own roll - taste one or two pieces and take the rest home to share with family!

September 28th , 11 am to 12:15 pm - Pumpkin Cheesecake

Miss Danielle will lead this class in making no-bake pumpkin cheesecakes! Learn to make homemade pumpkin filling, gingerbread snap crust and firm whipped cream to fold in the batter as well as decorate the top! Kids will make 3 individual cheesecake jars, decorate and bring home to finish setting in your fridge and share with their family. They will also taste a finished cake in class!

Nov 9th, 11 am to 12:15 pm - Turkey Gobblers

Miss Danielle will lead this class in making homemade, “Turkey Gobblers” - delicious turkey sandwiches!! We will make a stuffing and cranberry relish in class and add to deli turkey with gravy for a delicious sandwich slider they can make at home! They will eat one in class and bring 3 sliders home to share with their family

Dec 14th, 11 am to 12:15 pm - Gingerbread Cookies - SOLD OUT

Dec 14th, 1 pm to 2:15 pm - Gingerbread Cookies - JUST ADDED!

Just in time for the Holidays, Miss Danielle will lead this class in making and decorating gingerbread men cookies! After baking, they will custom decorate their cookies with a variety of icing and decorations. They will bring home six decorated cookies to share with their family, and enjoy a few in class!
