Dr. Larry and Linda Faillace bring their 25 years of experience from their farm in Vermont to Hammonton for this day of learning, eating and discussion. These cheeseophiles and food enthusiasts have taught the art and science of cheesemaking to over 4000 students from around the world.

Our Class will include a continental breakfast when you arrive, a gourmet lunch of pasta and salad with cheeses you make and plenty of cheese to take home with you! And the conversations about food and cheese will be the best part of the day - it’s a day you won’t forget! Some of the cheeses you may make will be Feta, Mozzarella and Burrata.
