Sip & Bake with Chef Myla!

Here are Chef Myla’s Winter / Spring classes. Each class includes a generous Antipasto tray to graze while working and our wine glasses, openers and ice bucket for you to use if you bring your own wine! We also supply a refreshing blueberry hibiscus tea and bottled waters. All creations are individually made by each studebnt and are taken home!

All classes are Fridays, 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and all cost $75.

Strawberry Shortcake

Friday, May 15th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Make the most of strawberry season by learning a new fresh dessert recipe! Learn to make classic strawberry shortcakes, layered with fresh local strawberries, whipped cream and a strawberry reduction that melts in the mouth. Along with the charcuterie and drinks, come in and enjoy a perfect class to jump start summer time! And as usual, you will taste the class creation at the end as well as take yours home!

Blueberry Pie 101!

Friday, June 26th, 6:30 to 9:00

It’s Hammonton Blueberry season! Put all those berries to use and learn to make the perfect blueberry pie to take home with you! We will learn to make the flakiest crust, fresh filling, and lattice design on top for the classic look everyone loves. Warm Pie, fresh whipped cream, and maybe a bit of wine? What more could you ask for on a Friday night :)

Vintage Cake Decorating

Friday, July 24th, 6:30 to 9:00

Secure a spot in one of Chef Myla’s fun and creative cake decorating classes! Vintage wedding cakes are all the rage so learn to make one yourself from a professional cake decorator! Students will learn to fill, stack, and ice their own 6” stacked cakes. Chef will demo all the piping and decorating techniques you need to make your own masterpieces to take home.  Bring a friend and a bottle of wine for a fun Friday night out!

Lemon Merengue Pie

Friday, Aug 21st, 6:30 to 9:00 pm

A fresh summer classic, come in and learn to make your own lemon meringue pies and add a recipe to your books. The class will learn to make homemade pie crust, lemon curd, and fresh meringue to pile high on their treats. Along with charcuterie and drinks, come enjoy a fun night at kitchen 19! And as usual, take home your own pie to share with friends or family!

Chef McClay, previous Dean of ACCC’s Academy of Culinary Arts offers her Tips & Techniques for beginners and advanced students!

Her Knife Skills Course is a complete introduction to the use of knives in your kitchen. In addition, she likes to introduce a class that teaches specific culinary techniques or ethnic dishes that students are often intimidated to try on their own. Cooking with Chef Lou IN 2026!

Here are Chef Lou’s Winter/Spring classes, presented on a either Friday or Saturday. Each class includes a charcuterie plate upon arrival as well as a gourmet salad and sweet ending to make a full meal to enjoy ! Students are welcome to bring their own wine and we will supply the glasses, opener and ice bucket as well as a refreshing herbal bluebery hibiscus tea and bottled waters.

Chef Lou does a fantastic job teaching the ins and outs of making homemade pasta on the manual machine that is a well-priced cooking tool to buy for any home! The class will also prepare homemade croutons for a Caesar salad and the pasta will be served with a vodka blush sauce with instructions from Chef Lou and our tiramisu parfait for dessert.

flatbreads! - $80

Chef Lou’s other all-hands-in class with making dough from scratch then picking out your standard or gourmet toppings to each make their own flatbread to enjoy as your dinner! Chef Lou will also demonstrate how to make homemade Ricotta cheese to also use on your flatbreads. This is a great class that you will then be able to make with your family or friends at home! Dinner will include a appetizer board, gourmet salad and sweet ending.

Want to be more confident of preparing and grilling Kebobs? Chef Lou has all the answers! You will marinate, assemble and assist in the grilling of vegetable, meat and seafood kebobs and they will be served with a delicious rice pilaf and gourmet salad! As always, a sweet ending as well.

Thai Green curry bowl with kombucha squash and shrimp

Chef Linda will teach you to make a green curry base with readily available ingredients- but NO less flavorable! We will add squash, spinach and grilled chicken but leave the shrimp as an option in case there are shellfish allergies. Besides the curry base, we will grill the chicken and shrimp and grill the shrimp before adding to the stew. We will also make jasmine rice, as this is Chef Linda’s favorite accompaniment to this rich and delicious stew. An appetizer will be served upon arrival and a sweet ending of mango gelato
