Here are Chef Myla’s Winter / Spring classes. Each class includes a generous charcuterie tray to graze while working and our wine glasses, openers and ice bucket for you to use when you bring your own wine! All classes are $75.

Eclairs w/ homemade pastry cream filling

Friday, Jan 23rd, 6:30 to 8:30

A classic, decadent french desert. The class will learn to make pate choux butter, pipe and baker their own eclairs, as well as make pastry cream and ganache with their groups. Come into the Kitchen to meet new people, learn a bit, drink a bit and eat alot! Students will bring home a couple eclairs.

Chocolate Lave Cake w/ Fresh Whipped Cream and raspberry reduction

Friday, Feb 6th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm

The clas will learn to make chocolate cake batter and the secret to the ooey gooey center of the classic chocolate lava cake in this decadent Valentine’s class. The warm cakes will be topped and enjoyed with our own raspbery sauce and fresh whipped cream all be paired with our Dark Cherry Fudge Espresso Martini mix (bring your own vodka or enjoy as a mocktail) wine you will bring in for the fun and social date night! You will also bring home a cake in case your “date” is at home!

Decorative Foccacia!

Friday, Mar 13th, 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Nothing beats fresh bread from the oven. Unmless it’s soaked in seasoned oil and beautifully decorated with delicious toppings and herbs. Bring your drink of choice and come learn to make a beautiful and easy foccaccia loaf and take your masterpiece home to share with friends and family! (or don’t share at all, I won’t tell)

Easter-Themed Stacked Cakes

Friday, Apr , 6:30 to 8:30 pm

Secure a spot in one of Chef Myla’s fun and creative cake decorating classes! This class will feature spring flavors and designs. The students will learn to fill, stack and ice their own 6” cakes. Chef Myla will demonstrate piping and floral techniques for you to practice on your own creations to take hone. Bring a friend and a bottle of wine for a fun Friday night out!

Strawberry Shortcake

Friday, May , 6:30to 8:30 pm

Make the most of strawberry season by learning a new fresh dessert recipe! Learn to make classic strawberry shortcakes, layered with fresh local strawberries, whipped cream and a sweet strawberry reduction that melts all in the mouth. Along with the charcuterie and drinks, come in and enjoy a perfect class to jump start summer time! And as usual, you will taste the class creation at the end as well as take yours home!

We have two spots left for Chef Lou’s last class of 2025! Homemade Linguine for a 7 fishes Italian Dinner! Students will learn to make pasta dough, then run it through manual pasta machines~ Chef Lou and Chef Linda will present a delicious seafood stew with all their tips for cooking shrimp, cod, clams, mussels, scallops and squid. Enjoy a salad with anchovy vinaigrette and we have our 7 fishes!

Cooking with Chef Lou IN 2026

Here are Chef Lou’s Winter/Spring classes, presented on a either Friday or Saturday. Each class includes a charcuterie plate upon arrival as well as a gourmet salad and sweet ending to make a full meal to enjoy ! Students are welcome to bring their own wine and we will supply the glasses, opener and ice bucket as well as a refreshing herbal bluebery hibiscus tea and bottled waters.

Jan 17th - Meatballs 101! - Sat, 5 to 7 pm, $75

Chef Lou will share his family secrets for making delicious meatballs and then they will be both fried and baked! Chef will also make a homemade marinara sauce and serve meatball sandwiches with a salad and as usual, our tiramisu parfaits! A charcututerie appetizer is always served upon arrival and you will also take home some meatballs to share with your friends or family!

Jan 30th - Flatbreads Class - Fri, 6:30 to 8:30 pm, $80

Chef Lou’s most fun class!  Jump in and make your own flatbread dough from scratch and prepare your own creative design with our gourmet toppings! Learn Chef Lou's tips and secrets for making this popular appetizer for your next family or friends evening! ALSO, learn to make HOMEMADE RICOTTA as one of your toppings and really WOW your guests!  This dinner will include a plate of charcuterie upon arrival, a gourmet salad with your flatbreads and our popular tiramisu parfait for a sweet ending.    

Valentine Heart-Shaped Ravioli,  $85

This sell-out class is an annual favorite! Make heart-shaped raviolis from scratch and Chef Lou will share all his secrets for a delicious cheese stuffing, assembling and boiling! They will be served with two sauces, a marinara and a light shallot cream sauce! As usual, a bite to eat upon arrival , a gourmet salad with your meal and a decadent chocolate cake for dessert!

Mar 21st - Easter Bread and Stuffed Artichokes - Sat, 2 to 3:30 pm, $80

Just in time for the Holiday, Chef Lou will teach the class to make their own sweet dough, braid and decorate it and take home their own bread. While rising and baking, he will show his tips for making stuffed whole artichokes to enjoy in class ! This class will be a little longer than usual, but we are offering as a fun Saturday afternoon class

Apr 17th - Pasta Making! - Fri, 6:30 to 8:30 pm $75

Chef Lou does a fantastic job teaching the ins and outs of making homemade pasta on the manual machine that is a well-priced cooking tool to buy for any home! The class will also prepare homemade croutons for a Caesar salad and the pasta will be served with a vodka blush sauce with instructions from Chef Lou and our tiramisu parfait for dessert.

May 16th - Grilling 101! - Sat, 5:00 to 7:00 pm

Want to be more confident of preparing and grilling Kebobs? Chef Lou has all the answers! You will marinate, assemble and assist in the grilling of vegetable, meat and seafood kebobs and they will be served with a delicious rice pilaf and gourmet salad! As always, a sweet ending as well.

Chef McClay, previous Dean of ACCC’s Academy of Culinary Arts offers her Tips & Techniques for beginners and advanced students!

Her Knife Skills Courses are a complete introduction to the use of knives in your kitchen where she shows techniques while preparing small bites for the class to enjoy! In addition, she likes to introduct different classes that teach specific culinary techniques or ethnic dishes that students are often intimidated to try on their own. Her schedule is as follows: (TO BE FINALIZED IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS!)

Thai Green curry bowl with kombucha squash and shrimp

Feb 26th, Thu, 6 to 8 pm

April 9th, Thu, 6 to 8 pm

Chef Linda will teach you to make a green curry base with readily available ingredients- but NO less flavorable! We will add squash and spinach but leave the shrimp as an option in case there are shellfish allergies. Besides the curry base, we will roast the squash and grill the shrimp before adding to the stew. We will also make jasmine rice, as this is Chef Linda’s favorite accompaniment to this rich and delicious stew. An appetizer will be served upon arrival and a sweet ending of mango gelato
