Greek yogurt parfaits will come in at least 2 fruit varieties, with blueberries always the default using frozen local Hammonton berries. Our yogurt is a direct import from Greece and lightly sweetened with agave. Our granola is a blend of certified GF oats, seeds, nuts & dried fruit, sweetened with organic maple syrup

Our trail mix is a variety of dried fruit, nuts & dark chocolate, GF as well
